Change of Personal Data

Students must notify the University of a change of personal data (e.g. first name, last name, gender, citizenship).

Please submit the following documents

The request for a change of personal data must be submitted in writing by the student to the SU 2 – Academic Registrar at the Office of the University Registrar. Please submit the request form as well as all required documents by postal mail or drop them off at our in-house mailbox at LMU‘s main entrance.
